This is a wait list application form to indicate that you are interested in registering your child at Skills For Life Child Care. A family’s position on the waiting list will be maintained until the application comes to the top of the list and a space becomes available in the age group required, or until parents indicate that they wish to be removed from the list. When the family’s application nears the top of the waiting list, and a space becomes available in the appropriate age group, Chantelle Alexander will contact the parents to confirm their interest and to discuss the possible starting date for the child.

At this time parents may schedule a tour of the Daycare.
